Receptionists

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservations.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Front Office Operations or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking systems.
  • Friendly, organized, and customer-focused.
