Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservations.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Front Office Operations or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking systems.
- Friendly, organized, and customer-focused.
